Thank you for your interest in our educational center. In this section, you will find all the information you need about our admission requirements and enrollment process. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
We are waiting for you!
The first step is to send us a message on WhatsApp at 8305-2926 or call 2494-8889 to schedule the admission test. Once the student passes the test, we begin the enrollment process.
Please take into account the following requirements:

Original and copy of the certificate or report card from the last grade completed.

Student file and transfer letter if coming from another institution.

Letter of No Outstanding Balance if coming from another private institution.

Two passport-size photographs.
-
Complete the enrollment form at the institution.

Sign and agree to the terms of the educational services contract.

Sign and comply with the internal regulations.

Sign and agree to the image and photography consent form.
-
Photocopy of the ID of parents or guardians.

Photocopy of the minor’s ID.
Additional Requirements for Preschool

Birth certificate issued by the Civil Registry.

Proof of completion of Kinder if the student is entering Preparatoria.
Requirements for Foreign Students

Cash Payments

Complete and purchase the INS student insurance policy at the institution.

Pay the enrollment fee directly at the institution.

Pay the platform access fee at the institution.
PAYMENTS

Monthly tuition payments may be processed at any Mutual Alajuela branch office.
Monthly Tuition
The annual cost per student is divided into eleven monthly payments, from February to December.

Annual payment receives a 7% discount on the total amount.

Siblings receive a 5% discount on the total amount.
Payment Schedule:

1st to 10th of each month: No late fee.
-
11th to 30th of each month: 10% late fee.

Materials list

The list of required materials will be provided once enrollment is completed, so families can purchase them at the bookstore of their choice.

Transportation
Transportation services are hired directly by parents. Information will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Student Schedule

Preschool: 7:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

Elementary: 7:30 a.m. – 3:10 p.m.
